Relève Staffing Effective 19 October 2026
These terms govern your use of relevestaffing.com and the Relève Console at app.relevestaffing.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
Questions: hello@relevestaffing.com
1. What Relève is
Relève introduces executives and businesses ("clients") to vetted virtual staff ("talent"), and provides tools to assess fit, schedule interviews, and manage placements.
Relève is an introduction and placement service. We are not the employer of talent placed through the platform, and we are not a party to the working relationship that follows a placement, unless we have signed a separate agreement saying otherwise.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Accounts are for one person. Don't share your sign-in.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
3. Accurate information
Both sides depend on honest profiles.
Talent: your experience, availability and qualifications must be truthful and about you. Don't present someone else's work, credentials or identity as your own.
Clients: describe roles accurately, including the real scope and expectations.
We may suspend or remove accounts containing information we find to be false.
4. The Signature assessment
The Signature assessment produces scores intended to inform matching. It is a guide, not a verdict, and it is not a psychological, medical or clinical instrument. Results are one input among several, and a person at Relève reviews every match.
Complete it honestly and on your own. The assessment includes checks for inconsistent answering, and results that fail those checks may be discarded.
5. Fees and payment
Deposit. A $500 deposit is payable before we begin a search. It covers the sourcing and assessment work that starts immediately and is credited against your first invoice. The deposit is non-refundable, with one exception: if Relève does not present any candidate for your role, it is refunded in full.
Plans and fees. Relève offers three plans. Essential is $2,500 per month for unlimited hours from a dedicated, non-specialized professional, on a six-month commitment. Specialist is $4,500 per month for unlimited hours from a dedicated, specialized expert, on a six-month commitment. Starter is $950 per month, or $2,500 paid in full for each three-month term, on a three-month commitment, with the professional's hours capped at 15 hours per week. When paid in full, the fee is invoiced once at the start of each term. eLIVate Club members receive $500 off the monthly fee for the first three months on the Essential or Specialist plan. Your plan and rate are confirmed in writing before the placement starts and do not change during your initial term.
Billing. Invoices are issued on the first Monday of each month and are due on receipt.
Minimum term. Placements carry a minimum commitment from the start date of six months on the Essential and Specialist plans, and three months on the Starter plan. The full commitment is payable even if you end the engagement early.
After the minimum term. The engagement renews in three-month terms, and you may move to a different plan at the end of any term. Either side may choose not to renew by giving 30 days' written notice before the current term ends.
What the fee covers. Sourcing, assessment, matching, interview coordination, and ongoing management of the placement. The monthly fee is paid to Relève, not to the talent. We handle talent compensation directly.
Late payment. If an invoice is unpaid for 14 days we may suspend the placement until the account is settled.
6. Non-circumvention
Talent introduced to you through Relève is introduced in confidence, for the purpose of a Relève placement.
For 12 months from the date of introduction, you agree not to employ, contract, or otherwise engage that person — directly, through an affiliate, or through any third party — outside of Relève, whether or not a placement through us ever went ahead. This applies to your company, its affiliates, and anyone you refer them to.
If it happens, you agree to pay Relève a fee equal to twelve months of the applicable monthly rate (on the Starter plan, $10,000), as a genuine estimate of what we lose. This is in addition to any amounts already owed.
If you want to bring a placement in-house permanently, talk to us — we would rather agree a buyout than discover it afterwards.
7. What we ask you not to do
- Misrepresent who you are.
- Harass, discriminate against, or abuse anyone on the platform.
- Scrape, copy or redistribute profiles or assessment results.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
- Use Relève for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for any of the above.
8. Ownership
Relève owns the platform, the Signature assessment and methodology, and the Relève name and branding. Using the service doesn't transfer any of that to you.
You keep ownership of the content you provide — your profile, your photo, your responses. You grant us permission to use that content to operate the service, including showing talent profiles to matched clients.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Relève running and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
10. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that a client will find suitable talent, that talent will be placed, or that any placement will succeed. Matching is a judgement, informed by assessment, and judgements can be wrong.
Clients remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, including any background checks, reference checks, work authorisation and employment law obligations that apply where they operate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Relève is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover Relève against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll notify account holders by email. Continuing to use Relève after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Closing your account does not end an active placement or cancel amounts owed under Section 5.
Sections 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 survive the end of your account.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.

These terms were drafted to reflect how Relève actually works, but they are not legal advice and no lawyer has reviewed them. Before relying on them commercially — particularly Section 5 (fees), Section 6 (non-circumvention) and Section 11 (liability) — have a Utah attorney check them. Section 6 in particular: courts scrutinise clauses like this, and the reasonableness of its duration and scope is what determines whether it holds, so the wording is worth a professional eye before you enforce it against anyone.
